He handled operations for absentee business owners, building a strong foundation in managing and developing businesses. But one particular day at his pizzeria changed everything. A regular customer, who Mike knew only by sight, would soon become his mentor. Driven by curiosity and ambition, Mike approached the gentleman, expressing a desire to learn more about his field. To Mike’s surprise, the man agreed, mentoring him in the intricacies of business brokerage and laying the groundwork for Mike’s future success.

Taking this mentorship to heart, Mike channeled his drive into founding Hedgestone Business Advisors, now a leading brokerage firm specializing in business transactions across various industries. With over 300 small businesses sold nationwide, Hedgestone is a testament to Mike’s vision, skill, and dedication. Alongside his team of expert brokers, Mike has evaluated thousands of businesses, delivering accurate valuations and seamless transaction support.
